Our returns policy

If something is not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, nail and beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items: send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund immediately.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return — our team will guide you through the rest.
