Terms and conditions for returning products

Please note that the authentic colours of the products may vary from the colours and shades on the website, depending on the colour rendering on your monitor.
In accordance with Ordinance no. 34/2014 on the legal regime of distance contracts, products are returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of the parcel.

Goods may be returned if:

Cosmetics:
– with original label;
– with all related accessories;
– with no traces of use, without any signs of damage or wear;
– without damaged packaging, scratches;
– sealed;

Appliances:
– with original label;
– with all accessories;
– with original warranty certificate;
– no visible signs of damage;
– no unauthorised intervention or not complying with the instructions for use accompanying the products;
– no damaged packaging, scratches, mechanical/electrical shocks;
If the returned product was accompanied by a gift, the gift is also returned.
If you have purchased several products of the same kind and you wish to return them all, only one of the products can be unsealed, the rest of the products will be accepted only if they are sealed (in the case of products sealed by the manufacturer in order to protect the contents).


To return goods, you need:

1. Send a photo of the products in their original packaging to info@globalfashion.ae together with the order number and a description of the reason for return. A manager will contact you between 3-9 on weekdays.
2. You will be offered a return method depending on the region you live in.
3. You may be refused a refund or exchange of goods of the appropriate quality. Each request is considered individually.
4. If the Quality Department approves, we will return or exchange the goods. Shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed.

Important:

1. Manufacturers may, at their discretion and without prior notice, change the appearance and packaging of the product.
2. The online shop is not responsible for the delivery of the order if the buyer has specified an incorrect delivery address.
3. The online shop is not responsible if the buyer’s expectations regarding the consumer properties of the product have not been justified.
4. The online shop is not liable for damages caused to the buyer as a result of improper use of products purchased through the online shop.
5. The online shop is not liable for damages suffered by the customer as a result of the improper completion of the order form, including the incorrect specification of personal data and the unlawful acts of third parties.
6. All information material presented on the website is for reference purposes only. In case the buyer has questions about the properties and characteristics of the goods, the buyer has the right to contact the seller for further information before placing the order.
