Warranty for GLOBAL FASHION equipment from 10.10.2024.
Shadowless lamps - 2 years (24 months)
Vacuum cleaners - 1 year (12 months)
Nail lamps - 1 year (12 months)
GF722, GF119, A1 devices - 1.5 years (18 months)
ZS717, ZS718 devices - 1 year (12 months)
For all other Global Fashion TM equipment - six months (6 months)
*Please note that the warranty applies only to Global Fashion TM equipment (exception - A1 device).
Claims are accepted within 14 days after receiving the goods and during the warranty period for the equipment.
Return of goods of inadequate quality
Must be sent by e-mail. Email info@globalfashion.ae a photo or video of the defective product (so that the brand name, product name and the defect itself are clearly visible), the order number and a description of the situation.
The quality department manager will contact you on a weekday from 10:00 to 18:00 to resolve the situation. Claims for products without a warranty period are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt. For products with a warranty period - during the warranty period. The warranty period begins to count from the moment the customer receives the goods.
Identification of product defects and warranty cases
To identify defects, the store takes the goods for diagnostics. All costs for its implementation are borne by the store.
If after the examination it turns out that the goods were initially defective, the store sends a new product of proper quality.
In the event of equipment breakdown during the warranty period not due to the fault of the consumer, the equipment is repaired under warranty at the service center.
If the diagnostics establish that the breakdown was not the manufacturer's fault and this case is not covered by the warranty, the costs of sending the goods and diagnostics at the service center are paid by the buyer.
Return of goods of proper quality
In accordance with Part 4 of Article 26.1 "Remote method of selling goods" of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the seller (IP M NIAZVALI SARDARVALI) sets the following terms for the return of goods of proper quality: The goods can be returned no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
The goods are subject to return if:
their presentation is preserved (the goods have not been used by the consumer, seals, manufacturer's labels, etc. are not broken)
; the consumer properties of the goods are preserved;
the consumer has documents confirming that he or she purchased the goods.
Important to know:
Manufacturers, at their own discretion and without additional notice, can change the appearance and packaging of the goods.
The online store is not responsible for the delivery of the order if the Buyer has specified an incorrect delivery address.
The online store shall not be liable if the Buyer's expectations regarding the consumer properties of the goods were not met.
The online store shall not be liable for damage caused to the Buyer due to improper use of goods purchased in the online store.
The online store shall not be liable for the Buyer's losses incurred as a result of incorrect completion of the order form, including incorrect indication of personal data and illegal actions of third parties.
All information materials presented on the site are for reference only. If the Buyer has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the goods, before placing an order, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller for additional information.
To return goods, you must:
Send a photo of the goods in their original packaging to the e-mail address info@globalfashion.ae indicating the order number and describing the reason for the return. The manager will contact you on a weekday from 10:00 to 18:00.
You will be offered a method of returning the goods depending on your region of residence. Returns in Moscow in the official Global Fashion store. For all other cities - return of goods by Russian Post and SDEK.
You may be denied a return or exchange of goods of proper quality. Each application is considered individually.
If the quality department decides positively, the goods will be returned or exchanged. The cost of delivery of the order and return shipment is not refundable.
General provisions
Money is returned depending on the method of payment for the order. When paying for an order using a bank card on the website or in store terminals, a refund is possible only to the bank card from which the payment was made and only to the owner of the bank card upon presentation of a passport.
Please note! The rules of the banking organization prohibit the transfer of a bank card to another person.
When returning goods, the customer fills out a return application indicating passport data.
Refunds are made within no more than 10 working days.
